Hi Team,
For one of the project requirement, I am using DAX UNICHAR icons in a table visual. I am able to see the UNICHAR icons without any issues. I have two consumers for the same report in which one of the consumers is able to see the DAX UNICHAR icons in the report in power BI service but another user is not able to see the DAX UNICHAR images. Kindly help me in resolving this issue.
UNICHAR(11206),UNICHAR(128316)
Let me know if you need any more details.

Gowrishankar
Hi @gowrishankar65,
Could you please mark the proper answers as solutions?

Hi Gowrishankar,
How did they consume the report? By sharing the report or as a member of the App workspace. It seems good. Please refer to the snapshot below.
What does the report look like?
Best Regards,
Dale
Dear Dale,
The report consumer is member of the app workspace and that's how they consume the reports. My report also look like yours.
I just need to know the root cause on why the consumer is not able to see the icons(UNICHAR)
Regards,
Gowrishankar
Hi Gowrishankar,
The root cause could be many things. We need to do some troubleshooting.
1. Which browser did the user use? I tested with Edge, IE, Firefox, Chrome. Though the color is different on IE, I still can see all of them.
2. Can you share a snapshot?
3. Are there any filters?
Best Regards,
Dale
I am having the same issue with some users, but not others.
DAX
To answer my own question -
Windows 10 OS Version 1803 uses Edge version 42 - UNICHAR() does not have some shapes or any fill colors for Edge and Chrome
Windows 10 OS Version 1903 and above use Edge version 44 - UNICHAR() shapes and color fills work on Edge and Chrome
I do not understand how an OS update also fixes Chrome, but is did.
Any ideas on the impact of using a browser on an Apple device? I'm having similar issues with users who aren't on windows in my organization. Thanks!
