Power BI App with Power App Security Icon

I have created an app in Power BI which has a PowerApp in the navigation.  

When accessing, it displays the sheild icon (see below).  What does this indicate and how do a clear it?

Unfortunately, It is by design. If you want to remove it ,you can submit an idea on the here  and wait for users who share your needs to vote for you to help you implement the feature as soon as possible.

That Icon indicates that the content is generated from a link in the App navigation, in other words it is not a Report or Dashboard in the folder the App was built from. I don't think there is any way to remove it.
