Power BI App view

Hello,

I have a Power BI Pro license and I'm trying to share an App to other coworkers. Some keep getting a pop-up window that asks them if they would like to upgrade to Power BI Pro (screenshot below). Others are able to view the report, and they do not have Power BI Pro. Does anyone know why that is? My coworkers also have access to a workspace I created and they still cannot view the reports going that route either. When I view "Access," all are listed as "Viewers" (see screenshot below)

Corrected first screenshot:

Thank you.

@DLeopold

can you please click on "data sets" and check for the user permissions.

1. what is the data source?

2. Connectivity Mode? (Import/Direct Query/Live Connection)

3. Have you applied any RLS?

Thank you for your response. Please see below:

1) The data source is SharePoint List that all coworkers have access too

2) The data source is on a scheduled refresh from the SharePoint list

3) No RLS has been applied in PowerBI

The only other thing I can think of is under Settings, to add my coworkers to "Specific users and groups" under the Advanced section. Not sure if that would help.
