Power BI App - deleting as administrator

A past employee has created a Power BI App and publish it.  They have left the organisation and their account has been deleted.  The Power BI App is still available to the organisation.  The Power BI App need to be unpublished, but without the account I cannot find a way to do this.

I have tried:

1) recreating the account - the account had a blank my workspace only

2) finding a list of power bi apps within the administration settings - found nothing

How can an administrator delete the Power BI App without access to the user account?

Thanks for any help available.

Solved.

1) Use the Workspace within the Admin Portal to list the workspaces.

2) Find the workspace that the Power BI App was created from and click the icon at the front to select the workspace.  The workspace should show as orphaned if the user

3) Add yourself as an admin, click close to save

4) Refresh the page (I had to CTRL-F5) to show the workapace

5) Unpublish the App as normal

6) Delete the workspace if necessary.
