Power BI Administrator

Hello, I'm relatively new to PowerBI.  I'm trying to use the Admin Portal to look at usage metrics, but the only thing present is the 'Capacity Settings'.  I reached out to our helpdesk and it seems I have full access and licesne.  I don't know how to actually become the Administrator.  Do we not have the right licenses?  Does an account rep need to assign an Admin?

Hi @dunn1373

Please read these prerequisites

(1) Monitor usage metrics in the new workspace experience (preview)

(2) Monitor usage metrics in classic workspaces

Besides, you can check your license like bellow,

For admins, they can use the Microsoft 365 admin center or the Azure portal to view and manage user licenses for the Power BI service. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-admin-manage-licenses

You likely do not have the "Power BI Administrator role"

Please see the below as it may provide additional guidance

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-admin-portal

Good luck
