Power BI Admin Portal notifications

Hi there

I am going to assume that you are referring to Power BI Premium.

As far as I am currently aware there is no Portal Alerting to when there is an issue. And there might be some metrics that you can leverage from Azure, but I am not exactly certain where that is.
