I was recently added as a Power BI Admin in our Org but the only thing I can see is
I was hoping to see the options for Usage metrics, Users, Premium per user etc. ... As stated in the article below.

From your screenshot you are not seeing all the admin tenant settings
I would try and log out and back in again.
If you still see the same as per your picture ask them to verify that you have been added as a Power BI Admin in the Office 365 Admin Centre?
