There is a lot of info on sizes etc out there for the A1 to A6 Skus and Im aware that A4 has the same functionality as P1, A5 to P2 and A6 to P3.
But I dont know what you lose if you only go for, for example A1.
Ive found out that Paginated Reporting is onlyavailable from A4. But obviously there is lots more functionality like Incremental Refresh, Report Server, Data Flow Machine Learning models etc
I think I need to bring in the A4 SKU but I need to to make sure Im explaining why on this one? Can anyone point me to a doc that covers what features are provided with each A SKU?
Thanks

I guess you have already read this article: https://docs.microsoft.com/nb-no/power-bi/service-premium-what-is
I am not able to give you all the specifics, but in terms of capacity each A-SKU have either a corresponding EM or P-SKU, like you point out.
What capacity plan you should choose will of course be dependent on your need in terms of resources.
One difference between A and EM/P is the possibillity to scale up or down. With A-SKU, you can scale up or down during the day, if for example you have an environment that has a lot of heavy jobs at only certain hours that would benefit greater capacity.
The following article describes how you can monitor your capacity https://docs.microsoft.com/nb-no/power-bi/service-admin-premium-monitor-capacity
It really depends on what your needs are, in terms of functionality, user experience and features.
