Power Automate Button not working for Embedded PowerBI Report

I'm experiencing an issue when using the Power Automate Button in PowerBI - looking for some help to diagnose it.

 

I'm creating a report in PowerBI desktop, and within PBI desktop the button displays correctly and can be used to trigger the flow successfully.

 

The same is true when this is published to the PowerBI service, in a premium instance. Again the button is visible and functions as expected.

 

The problem occurs when the PBI report is viewed in our custom portal. This is an iframe embedded PBI report, in which we do our own user management etc. I am getting the following error:

 

Can't display this visual.

To see this custom visual, add it to this report first: FlowVisual_C29F1DCC_81F5_4973_94AD_0517D44CC06A

Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.
 
I have seen this type of thing before when using a custom visual that I'd purchased as a file, and we installed this in our PBI instance. But I'm not sure what to do in this case, where the visual does seem to be a microsoft default one.
 
I am using Chrome but have tried with Edge also
 
Can anyone help with this?
