Is it possible to check " Log in PowerBI service " log in PowerBI?
I could see the audit log dindin't include "" Log in PowerBI service " log.

Maybe you can check out the audit logs from here.
Regarding the refresh, I would suggest you retrieve the refresh history using the REST API. Please refer to Dataset-refresh-history.

@kida What kind of logs are you looking at ?
In power bi we do have Usage metrics which is autogenerated for every workspace wherein you can find information how many users view the dashboard . you can refer thi for more information
