Pinning Tiles Without Giving Admin Access

Hi,

Is there anyway to pin the tiles of visuals without giving Admin access in the Workspace? It would be useful to our team that they can create their own dashboards and pin specific tiles that cater to their needs.

Currently there is no option in either dashboard ot report level to pin tiles.

Best regards,
Mark V.

Hi @markefrody

I think you are using the Classic Workspace that's why you don't see Contributors on the list

@aj1973 Hi Amine,

Thank you! Have tested it now and I can confirm I can pin the tiles when role is contributor.

Best regards,

Hi @markefrody

Logically, a Contributor or a Member can pin Tiles to dashboards. Viewrs can't.

Hi Amine @aj1973 ,

As per checking in that Workspace. I can only grant "Admin" or "Member" access. Even if I granted them "Member" access, the "pin" option is disabled in the report level.

While in dashboard level, the "pin" option is missing in the ellipsis of the tile. I also checked and the access is "Read and reshare".
