Pin Image - The visualization you are trying to pin has too much data

Hi when pinning an image from a report to a dashboard, i'm getting the error:

Sorry, can't pin this visualization.
The visualization you are trying to pin has too much data

This only occurs with certain images, but as far as I can tell, the size of the images seem to be about the same.

Is there a size limit for dashboard images?

Hi @nwrong ,

Based on this documntBecause some visualizations use background images, pinning might not work if the background image is too large. Try reducing the image size or using image compression.

Based on my test, we occur the same error when we want to pin a picture that size is 200KB, but we successfully add it by add a URL directly in dashboard according to this document.
