Permission to publish on the web

just like that, all my 3 accounts are not able to make the publication public, the message is returning:

(Contact your administrator to enable the creation of insertion code
To publish the report to the web, ask your Power BI administrator if he will allow you to create insertion codes for publishing to the web. Once enabled, you can publish this report to the web. Learn more)

all are from different organizations, including the main one I have access to the administrator, and all settings are ok

Please make sure if the feature “Publish to web” in admin portal be set correctly or not:

1. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of Power BI service page, then select “Admin Portal”
2. Tenant settings --> Publish to web tab

Hi,

You can get into tenant settings to ensure that "Publish to web" is enabled.

The Tenant Settings are available in  the Admin Portal for Power BI. You should sign up/register your account in Power BI, to use this feature. Once registered, navigate to Settings > Admin Portal, then click on Tenant Settings. On this page, you will be able to enable/disable Publish to web feature.
