I no longer have access to a report created via the power bi service (not desktop), see the error below. The report is in a shared workspace but the dataset was in a personal workspace. I no longer have access to the personal workspace as the user was overwritten as the company is switching to O365. I would like to change the datasouce but can't view\change the report because of the below error.
Permission required
You cannot see the content of this report because you do not have permissions to the underlying dataset. Please contact the dataset owner to request access.

Thanks, @arvindsingh802 and @v-kkf-msft . Because it was a personal workspace from another user, I could not restore the workspace or access the report to download the .pbix file.
With help from Microsoft support, I was able to rebind the dataset in the report to another source.

Hi @chunker ,
Based on my understanding, you have to get access to the personal workspace or the dataset to open the report.
If your personal workspace is deleted, you can restore it in Admin Portal.
