Permission Report (PowerBI Tenant or at least Premium Capacity)

Hello,

is there a know way or at least a report option by powershell (example) to script out all permissions of a powerbi tenant or at least of the premium capacity. The options to check out the permission over the GUI are know but not very clear and handy.

Thx

Hi  @upfaffer ,

You can view all users of the entire tenant, users in the organization and invited guest users through the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Click on Users – Active users.

limitation factor:

To administer Power BI for your organization, you must be in one of the following roles: Power BI admin, Power Platform admin, or Microsoft 365 global admin.

Hi @upfaffer

You can use this to scanner the entire tenant which should give you the details you require.

You can get the information here: Using the Power BI Scanner API to Manage Tenant's Entire Metadata -
