Hi All,
My report is extremely slow for all users when they try to use it via the PBI Service (it is uploaded on Premium Workspace). It just takes ages for the visuals to load. The size of the report+data is 5MB.
On the contrary, the issue doesn't occur when I am opening the report on my Desktop or in my personal Workspace.
I have tested the performance and there is no issue with the data model, number of visuals or complexity of measures.
Any ideas please?

This is probably a network issue. It might be a browser issue and security on the browser as well. First thing I would do is to try this with different browsers. If no difference in performance then it is network trace time. Get fiddler or some other tracing tool and determine where the timeouts are occuring.

I cannot replicate the issue anymore. The report works suddenly started without me making any changes. My suspicion is that maybe there was something wrong with the Premium Workspace and/or the PBi service.
