Passing an Parameter from BI to Excel

HI Team, 


I want to pass a parameter from power bi service to excel as url ,so whatever i filter in power bi service same result should get reflect in excel.
I tried connecting excel with Power bi dataset creating a Pivot table but its not working.

Can i anybody please helpout to crack this issue

If I'm understanding correctly, I don't think this is possible (at least not without crazy workarounds).

 

You can connect Excel to an online Power BI dataset and create a pivot table based on that dataset. However, the only thing that will change the Excel pivot table is changing the dataset itself, not any slicers or filters you use in a Power BI report connected to the same dataset.
