Parentix password forgoten

Trying to reset my password with Parentix but there is no password reset posssibility?!?!

 

Now what?

Yeah well, I finally sorted it out. My organisation has moved their internal office automation to office365. PowerBI.com uses office365 account to login. You can't login to office365 with email addresses like hotmail or gmail. So I used my organization mail account. Microsoft or Parentix has moved my account to Parentix and my account was resetted. I recieved a new (resetted) password and now I able to log in to PowerBI.com again (via Parentix). pfff 😉

Hi @hennie7864,

 

What do you mean about "Parentix"? If you want to reset password about your Power BI Service account, you can take a look at this article: Forgot your password for Power BI?.

In edge I have to opportunity to "You don't have access to account " option but when I sent my account they say : Go to your administrator... What ???

 

" This account is not managed by Microsoft and therefore we can't change the settings. You have to contact the helpdesk" 

 

This is insane.. there is nothing there. No email address to contact the helpdesk. What is this?

 

 

Living in the Netherlans and Parentix seems a dutch cloud provider. Strange that Micorosft US has transferred my account to a dutch cloud provider????

 

Anyway. This is not working as it should be working. I need to login to PowerBI and I can't do anything now... and that for just a simple password reset.
