Parameter filter in url when looking for "BLANK" values

When you want to use a filter added to the report url how do specify when you are looking for a column when the value is blank or null.  

reporturl?Filter=TableName/ColumnName eq ' ?'

I tried reporturl?Filter=TableName/ColumnName eq '(BLANK)' and it didnt work.  Any advice?

The parser doesn’t support '' null as a right hand side expression, similar post here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/How-to-remove-Blank-value-using-URL-Filtering/td-p/529041 

There is a workaround by replacing the blank values to text "Blank", and you can try Filter=TableName/ColumnName eq 'Blank'

Unfortunately no.  as null is different than blank.
