Paginated URL Report Parameters with an & sign

Is there any kind of workaround for the Paginated URL Report Parameters if your parameter option has an & sign in it, for example B&E?

The format for a multi-value parameter is to repeat the parameter name for each value. For example, the following URL example includes a multi-value parameter "Salesperson”.

https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/rdlreports/xxxxxxx-abc7-40f0-b456-febzf9cdda4d?rp:Salesperson=B&rp...

@v-xicai  I think you misunderstood, I am not trying to pass multiple parameters, I am trying to pass a single parameter that has an & in the middle of it. The single parameter is "B&E". I've already used the links provided, the report opens with every other parameter value selected, it just won't work when I select "B&E". I would really prefer not to have to change the field value if I can get away with it, which is why I was hoping there might be some kind of trick or workaround.
