Page Names not showing when publishing to web

I have a report with multiple pages. I shared the report using the publish to web option. However, people that visit the link don't see page names or numbers. How can I solve this?Capture1.PNG

I have this same issue for one user -- my report has approx 10 pages, shared with about 50 people.  1 user out of the 50 is unable to see any of the pages except for the first page of the report. I have tried resharing with her to no avail.

It almost has to be something about her interface, but I am at a loss as to what it could be.  Any one have any ideas?

Thanks!

Hi there

Could you try and clear their browser cache and try again?

Hi @thefal,

The two workarounds could be as follows.

1. Add the Page names or the report names in a Text Box;

2. Add another page and the page names will show up.

I would suggest you create an idea here for this feature that shows up page names or report names by default.

Dale

Hi there

typically there should be the arrows on the bottom of the page. With publish to web you will not see the actual page names.

Did you hide any of the other pages? If you did this will then not be shown.

No pages are hidden. I know arrows should show up on the bottom of the page, but it's just not appearing.

Just to confirm that there is more than one page in your report?

Yes. When I open page 1 in Power BI desktop and upload the report, it shows page 1 when sharing. When I open page 2 and upload, it shows page 2. However, it never shows up when sharing.Untitleds.png

That is very confusing, have you tried to delete the dataset and the embed code and upload it again.

And then re-create the embed code?

The report I show here is a test report, but I have the same problem with other production reports. Deleting and reuploading does nothing, deleting the dataset does nothing, re-embedding does nothing...

Has this been resolved? I have the same problem.

HI there

Are any of the pages hidden in your report?

Can you see the pages when in the Power BI Service.

Actually it looks fine now. I'm a PBI newbie, maybe I was looking at the wrong thing. Thanks for responding.

Hi there,

Glad you got it working.

One of the things to note is when using the Publish to Web it can take up to 1 hour to see any changes after uploading content.
