PBI service reports performance

Hi,

I have a report that takes around 2 seconds to load in my PBI service (all data in the report are coming from Azure database - I'm using import mode).

My client uploaded exaclty the same report to his PBI service and the report is much slower - it takes around 8 seconds to load all content.

What can be the reason, that exactly the same report is slowe on other PBI tenant?

Do you mean that the PowerBI report opens with different time only because of the different data source? In this scenario, I would suggest you opening a ticket at https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/
