PBI service - page freezes while saving pbix copy

Hi Team,

At times Power bi page freezes and no download happens when Download a pbix copy  option is clicked.

After refreshing the page and clicking on the download option again,  the same gets downloaded immediately without any  issues. 

Kindly throw some light on this error.

Does this issue often happens or just in occasion? In general, you can refer to steps below to troubleshoot this kind of issue.

1. Press Ctrl+F5 to hard-refresh the page.

2. Clear the old cache in browser settings because the old cache version may not be compatible.

3. Delete the cookies saved in browser.

If the issue still occurs after all effort, I would suggest you to install a third-party tool called fiddler to catch the trace and post the error parts here. Please do mask/delete the sensitive data in your trace message like IP address.
