Hi, when I log into my power bi service all of my pages are blank as shown below. Have signed out and in again, have rebooted still the same issue. Is this a service issue or what steps can someone suggest to resolve this?

After researching, I don't find that others encounter the issue. And it works fine in my machine as well.
I think you might need to check if it works fine on other machines . And please change different browser and clear the website data to have a try.
