Anyone seen this before? Is it something to do with the license of the other recipient ?

Hi @jatin24 ,

As far as i know, internal recipients also need Pro license but the error message should be shown as below:

There are other considerations and troubleshooting about subscription for your reference, for more details please check the document below.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/consumer/end-user-subscribe.

If the issue still exists, please create a support ticket for further analysis.

I am having this same problem except I have a pro licence and it is still showing this error message when trying to set a subscription up for myself. I have also tried with someone else with a pro licence and it is showing the same error.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Same problem here for both myself and some clients. Occurring since late yesterday afternoon

It was solved by selecting English as the language in settings then following the standard process to set up the subscription.

Thanks.

Yeah the person i was trying to subscribe does not have a pro license. However i dont see that error message. Is there any other way i can get non pro users receive a weekly email even if its just an image? Dont think my organisation has premium capacity..
