PAGINATED REPORTS (RDL) POWER BI Premium License vs POWER BI Pro Licence

Hi Power BI community!

I have been recently reading about the different Licences in Power BI and I got one question. Appart from Model Size Limit or Refresh rate, The Power BI Premium user has the option to create Paginated Reports and I was thinking the next situation...

If in my organisation one Power BI premium user create a paginated report, Could other person with Power BI Pro License view that report? Or other users must be Premium too?

Here i post the photo with the different features for each license

Hey @dbernabefdez ,

no this is not possible, Paginated Reports is one of the Premium features, this feature (as all the other Premium features) will be unlocked if a workspace is assigned to a Premium Per User Capacity. The picture below shows the settings of one of my Premium Per User workspace.

Only users that have a Premium Per User (PPU) assigned can access content that resides inside a PPU workspace.

Hopefully, this provides what you are looking for.

Regards,
Tom
