Organization disappeared

I have a content pack created months ago here that is published to my organization. I can view the content pack and see it. 

When I click "Get Data" my orginazation does not appear.

New Power BI users to our orginization cannot access our content pack. Deleting everything and publishing again is not a solution as every user would have to re-stablish their connection to the organization content pack on every device.

Where does the new user connect to content pack? 

Get Data->Organizational Content Packs->->My Organization, or Apps->Get Apps->My Organization?

When I try get content pack in the second way, I can't find the content pack which can be found in the first way.

How about changing another browser?
