Oracle: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Power BI Gateway

I'm having this issue when connecting to Oracle Data Source from the Gateway.

An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.'

When I connect through the Power BI Desktop from both the server that has the gatway and personal PC it works fine, I tried connecting with different Server Names as follows:

(//HOST/SID, //HOST/SERVICE_NAME, HOST/SERVICE_NAME, HOST/SID, Server Alias)

TNSNAMES.ORA is correct which is why it works in the Power BI Desktop

I'm unable to schedule refresh because of this.

Appriciate the help.

@Anonymous - I would make sure that youre gateway is up-to-date. Another thought, what bit version is your Oracle driver? I believe the gateway is only 64-bit so make sure that your bit versions match. You could check the Issues forum here:

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

@Greg_Deckler - The gateway is up to date, and the oracle is 64-bit.

I'll open a support ticket and see what's the issue.

Thanks.
