Options to share Power BI report on Private Workspace with entire Organization?

I have a report on Power BI workspace which was set to Private while creating. We now want to share this report publicly with entire Org without changing the link/URL of the report. What are all the options?

Could I ask what you mean by Private?

If you mean the settings on the App, you could go into the App settings and change it to Entire Organization. This should not change the URL.

@GilbertQ I mean the classic workspace option - "Private - only approved members can see what's inside"

Yes in order to share the report the best route is the App, which also has got additional funcationality
