Hi there,

The only option is to disable "Export data" option

So this will include the Export to CSV option, as well as Download PBIX

Hi @GilbertQ!

Is this a PowerBI Premium exclusive option or is this control available to PRO users?

Thank you!

Hi @marceloopus127

This option is available to both Free, Pro and Premium in the Admin Portal settings section.

Hi @GilbertQ!

I did not find this option. Can you help me? I'm using the Pro (Trial) version.

Thank you!

Hi @marceloopus127

You will need to click on the Settings and then Admin Portal

Then once that loads go into Tentant Settings

Then Disable the "Export Data"

@GilbertQ

I followed the path you led, but look ...

1-bi.JPG

The Tenant Settings option does not appear

2-bi.JPG

The information is displayed saying it is a feature of the Premium version. Smiley Sad

Hi @marceloopus127

If you cannot see Admin Portal then you are not a Power BI Administrator.

Ask the person who is an Office 365 Administrator to give you the Power BI Administrator Role.

Hi @GilbertQ

The administrator of this account is me.

Maybe that's not the problem.

Maybe the problem is because this is a pro license (trail).

Thanks for everything!
