Only users with PowerBI pro license can publish to this workspace (when I do have a pro license)

I used the PowerBI service to select the free 60 day trial of PowerBI Pro. I then created a Pro workspace. 

I downloaded PowerBI desktop, created a data source and report, then hit 'Publish", selected the newly created workspace, and received this message:

Only users with PowerBI pro license can publish to this workspace

Is this a known issue?

Based on my test, it could work on my side. Could you please try to re-log in your account and publish again? And check if your Power BI Desktop is the latest version:
