One user cannot see drill through options when right clicking.

I've created a report with multiple drill through options. The problem is that one user cannot see any drill through option when right clicking. I've made sure he is in the right space, reshared the link and gotten him to reset to default to no avail. Is there any other likely area I should be looking?

Then the function is there. Can you ask the user to refresh the browser or use a different browser?

only 1 user? if yes, that is really odd. See if the user can see this icons when the user hovers over the visual?
