One user can't open web version

Hello everyone!

We have strange situation with one and only user, when he tries to open report by link, some 404 error arises. From pc, from phone, same((

I excuse, pic is with russian language, but maybe someone have seen some similar?

yes it was only with one user and he tried to use my admin access but situation was same, he tried change network, pc and open from phone, nothing ((

I had a user encountered a similar situation before, he was unable to view the report of the user's computer after switching the network, you can view it, have you tried to use the computer of the user who can view to log in to the account of the user who can not view, and then click on the report link, if the case, you can view the report, there may be a problem with the local configuration of the computer, blocking access to the report, if this case can not be accessed, compare whether there is a difference between the accounts.

Since this is happening to just one user, I am wondering about permissions.  There are the Power BI permissions to confirm that this individual can get to the report.  And then, there are permissions about this person being able to reach that URL at all (do they need to have a VPN installed?  Are the using the EXACT SAME userid when they access the URL that was shared to that same userid?  Is it the other way - they are usign a VPN or RDP that does NOT allow them to get to that URL?).  Also, can this user reach other reports on other URL's?
