Hi,
I am receiving below error message everyday after my dashboard failed to refresh:
XYZ has failed to refresh.
Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.
Next refresh for XYZ is scheduled for November 29, 2021 4:00 UTC.
Hi @raaviksingh ,
According to research, the error message shows:
The connection has exceeded its maximum idle time, however this can occur under different situations. The first is obviously that the connection has remained idle for longer than the allowed maximum time whilst the second relates to connection pooling. That latter reason depends largely on the connection mechanism you are using.
You can try to increase the idle_time on the server for the profiles.
