On-premises gateway - problem getting offline

Hi community!

I'm having trouble with automatically refreshing my reports.

I use a AWS VPN to connect to a SQL server, where my PBI collect data from. I installed the On-premises Gateway to create the refresh routines, but at least once a month the gateway gets offline and I have to reinstall it. This is a huge headache, as I have to contact the IT team to reinstall it.

I use  desktop that stays on 24h and doesn't matter what i do the gateway keep getting offline.

Has anyone had an simiar issue and have a solution?

Hello,
is there a solution for this problem? I have exactly the same problem. The gateway goes offline once a month and cannot be reactivated. Continued operation is only possible by uninstalling and reinstalling. A solution would help me.
