On-premises data gateway (personal mode) not visible in Power Bi service

Hi

I have a gateway personal that I have just updated to the April edition. Now it is not visible in the power Bi Service.

I have rebooted the computer and reinstalled the gateway more times but nothing seems to work.

The gateway says it is online and ready.

Any ideas to what the problem be?

I have found the problem. I used a wrong username and password 

The gateway is now in the Power BI service.
