On premise gateway - unable to create datasource. Invalid connections credentials

Hello community,

For the last few months i have been using a personal gateway to update my datasets. As members of my organization will be looking to update datasets i wanted to switch to a on-premise gateway.

I removed the personal gateway and installed the on premise gateway. I am now trying to go through my old data sets that relied on the personal gateway and map them to the new on premise gateway. however i keep getting the error "The credentials provided for the File source are invalid" even though i am copying the file source pathway from the desktop file.

Does anyone know what i am doing wrong or how to fix this?

Thanks

Hi, @Russ99

You will need to reconfigure the gateway for your dataset.
