On-premise gateway installation failed in Remote server

Dear Team,

From last 4 months we have been using On-premises gateway using and several data sources are connected and scheduled refreshes happening every day. and from last 2 days the gateway is offline and uninstalled the gateway and trying to install the latest version and it is failing.

This is causing the reporting issues as the gateways are disabled and offline.

Tried several times to restart the server and see if it works and installation keep failing.

I have tried to install Power BI Desktop and strangely it is giving the below error message, though we have enough space to install.

In your scenario, I would suggest you checking the Windows Event log to get more information, besides, please check if you have enough disk space in C disk.
