On-Premises gateway not configured correctly

Hi,

 

I am using On-Premises gateway enterprise mode. they had been working good.

Recently I got issues, I created gateway and shared to others, but it always showing "Not configured correctly" in users gateway page. I add user as administrator.

how ever it is showing good in my page.

Can anyone give some advise? it is EAGateway02.

Hi @naivecalf 

 

It looks like the gateway is offline or it is signed out, pls check that and also install the latest version of the gateway and signin again and check.

Hi @naivecalf 

Please check the datasource in your Manage Gateways , to make sure the data source added before whether is connecting successfully .

If it display error ,check if the names for Server and database are right .Then check if the credentials you entered can access the datasource .

After doing all these operations , then connect the datasource and dataset in Gateway connection .

Hi Ailsa,

 

The gateway is woring good if I checked under my signin. As I mentioned that it does not work in another user account which I assign to adminstrators.

Could you add the user in Manage Gateways => data source => Users ? When you add the user in it ,the user can see and use the datasource you shared .Then they can connect dataset and datasource in Gateway Connection .

Yes, added data source. we been using it for two years, just recently not good.
