On Premise Gateway - Showing blank login window

Hello,

I have installed an On-Premise Gateway on Windows Server 2012 R2.

When attempting to sign in, a Blank sign-in window appears.

After some of my research on finding a fix to this issue, I got the below workarounds:

1. Enable Javascript: JavaScript was already enabled in IE and Chrome.

2. Deactivate IE extended security: It was already turned off.

3. The minimum requirements are also met.

Your assistance will be much appreciated.
