Existing Powerbi reports that used to refresh both manually and scheduled using the PowerBI service are now failing.
When refreshing using PowerBI desktop they work correctly, when published to the PowerBI service refreshes fail.
The reports are connected to Dynamics CRM Online using OData.

Both of the OData Credentials are for the exactly same source ( our Dynamics CRM online instance ).
One is working the other is not. Both are using the same login/password combinations. I have tried to clear the credentials several times with no luck.
I'm also curious why there are now two OData Credentials prompts.
This is an In Production application, so not being able to schedule refreshes is a significant problem.
Based on your screenshot, there're two retrieved queries in this dataset. I guess one of them might be hidden. I suggest you "unhide all" in Power BI Desktop, delete and recreate that query, then re-publish the .pbix onto Power BI Service. It should work after you apply valid credentials.
