Hello together,
I am using OData for a connection to MS NAV through Webservice. When I update the report locally in Power BI Desktop everything works fine. As soon as I upload to service I get the following error with a different entity being named every time I update. So it seems its always a different table that is causing the problem. I dont understand this since no writing is done only reading. The error has started occuring since 3 days ago.
{"error":{"code":"ModelRefresh_ShortMessage_ProcessingError","pbi.error":{"code":"ModelRefresh_ShortMessage_ProcessingError","parameters":{},"details":[{"code":"Message","detail":{"type":1,"value":"OData: Request failed: The remote server returned an error: (409) Conflict. (The activity was deadlocked with another user. Please retry the activity.)"}}],"exceptionCulprit":1}}} Table: Adresse.
Hi @Anonymous,
From your description, the issue occurs only for one specific report after you publish report from desktop to Power BI service, right?
Would you please try to use get data from pbix file to see if the issue is still existing. If the issue is still existing, please try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
Best Regards,
Dedmon Dai
