OData: The given URL neither points to an OData service or a feed

I recently took over a data set managed by someone that left our company very suddenly. Upon taking over the data set, it removed all her stored credentials including for 3 Odata sources. I have the username and password, but upon entering them, I consistently get the error: "OData: The given URL neither points to an OData service or a feed."

I have downloaded the .pbix file to see if I could to it there and get the same message.

Hi @JonV ,

Please delete the global permissions and  reconnect to it in Desktop. Then republish the report to Service to check if it works.

Options and settings -> data source settings - global permissions.

Hope it will help you.

@v-xuding-msft : That did not help. I cleared the permissions and reentered the username/password and received the same error.odatafail.png
