OAuth 2.0 authentication option not available with Azure SQL Database

I am trying to set up a Power BI Dataflow to an Azure SQL database but the only authentication type is Basic which doesn’t work. I think I need OAuth 2.0 but Basic is the only option.  Has anyone successfully set up a data flow to the Azure SQL database and what selections did you make when you did this?

I have test on my side, and use basic as authentication. It works well.

If there is something wrong in Azure SQL database side. If you try to connect it in power bi desktop.
