Although maybe not really a Power BI issue I thought I would start with this forum. For months I have been downloading the O365 audit logs for Power BI report views. Today, the download is failing. I tried Edge, IE, Chrome, and Firefox. Firefox displays the following error. I need the download to display the audit details. "Save as" works but does not inlcude the audit log details.
Any ideas?

Issue resolved. MSFT has Audit download working now in Edge. Still not working with IE11 but I'll just use Edge.

Received a message from support on 10/30 indicating they are still working on issue. On 10/31 I was able to download from Edge successfully. I had not been working before on Edge, or any brower. Maybe they are in the middle of applying a fix. The download still failed in IE11. I did not test other browsers yet.
On 10/16 I opened a ticket with Microsoft (11771312). Microsoft confirmed they can replicate the same issue in their test tenant. My last update was on 10/17. They are working on the issue. As of Monday 10/22 the issue remains unresolved.
I have the exact same issue as Strom. The download functionality has been working for months and then stopped last Wednesday. No O365 settings have been changed in relation to the account or ability to access the audit logs.
Can anyone successfully use the download all results option?
Hi Strom,
Have your O365 admin configured some permission about the audit log? I would recommend you to contact with your O365 group admin.

Jimmy Tao
