I have a report with a Table with Materials and Prices. I also have a Number Card so that when a click on a material the Number Card displays a price.
In the table, I have the Price column set to Don't Summarize because I don't want it to add the prices depending on the amount of times the material has been ordered or is in the system, I just want the current price so that when I click on it the Number Card shows that price. The end goal is to set an alert on the Number Card so that I know when the price has passed a certain threshold.
The problem is that even though the Price isn't summarized in the table, when I click on a material the Number Card shows the price summarized and it doesn't have the option to not summarize it.
Is there a workaround anyone knows?
Thank you,
Daniela
Hi , @danielamengual
I can't analyze the specific reason without sample data, please kindly share your sample data.
(Will the same material correspond to different values)
The "Default Summarization: Do Not Summarize" option apply to the field itself. Once we place the filed into visuals, it will depend on the visual design to use this.
Maybe you can try to add a new measure to the model to calculate the value rather than the original field "Prices".
