Not receiving email notification when a user request for access APP

Hello 
 
I published some of the reports into APP but not getting email notification when a user request report access from the App. It worked fine from the WorkSpace but not working on APP side. I am one of the admins for PBI service and already added my email into the App Setup-Contact Information section
I tried to research online for last few days with no luck. Would really appreciate any help, suggestion, advice!

Hi All, 

 

When a user requests permission to my workspace 'App' I approve the permission using the 'Grant Access' via an emai notification but they don't receive an email notfication to say its been approved. 

 

is there a way this can be set up using the App?

Are you listed in the Contact Information as shown below.

I would suggest making sure you are in the Contact information to ensure you receive the email?

Thank you so much for the response GilbertQ. We already added the names into Admin portal seting and it's not working. Any other sugestion you would have how to enable the email notification form APP? Appreciate it!

No, I haven't tried that. Our users are part of user group with 30-50 people in it. so, if I add the user group, would they all receive the email notification when one of the users request for App access? Could you please clarify this? Really appreciate your help!
