Please make sure all these table have been added to a data model. Otherwise them won't be added to the dataset.

What that does work for some cases using the Power BI Service, I would suggest using Power BI Desktop to check and make sure that all the data is loaded as expected.

I am trying to do away with the APP, but I will try just to check all the tables are working OK.
