Not able to update the tile details in dashboard

I am not able to update the tile details. I am getting the below error message on updation.

@shamsuddeenvp That error message is not very helpful but do you mean editing tile details (like giving a title or description) for a dashboard results in that error. Is that dashboard created by you or shared with you ?

Could you please share more details regarding the dashboard and the related report or dataset (or the data source)?

In addition, take a try with the F12 tool or the Fiddler, see if we could find any helpful information from the network traces.
