Hello All,
Data set is not refreshing.
Giving following error :
The refresh operation failed because it took more than 120 minutes to complete. Consider reducing the size of your dataset or breaking it up into smaller datasets
Could anyone help me to sort this?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
LK

Hi @Anonymous ,
According to the error message given: Consider reducing the size of your dataset or breaking it up into smaller datasets.
workaround1:
Normally, the timeout of the imported data set is two hours, and the timeout period of the data set in the advanced workspace is increased to 5 hours, which may cause the refresh failure. Need to consider reducing the size or complexity of the data set. You can refer to the suggestions on reducing the data model given in the following blog: Power BI report is too slow what tools and techniques (designmind.com)
workaround2:
If your web page data is stored in a JSON file, maybe you can try to use Json.Document(Web.Contents()) to get the data. This enables faster data loading.
